Home Base Business Trade Fair-October 23, 2009 at Big Bend Community College
Due to the success of the Home Based Business Trade Fair Last spring; the Center for Business and Industry Services of Big Bend Community College announces the second Home Based Business Trade Fair scheduled for October 23rd at the ATEC Masto Conference Center on campus in Moses Lake, Washington. The overwhelming response from the springtime event was that it should be held in the fall; the start of the Holiday Shopping Season. The event will include a trade fair for Home Based Businesses open to the public from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Also open to the public will be workshops on; How to Start a Home Based Business, QuickBooks Simple Start program, Promoting Your Home Based Business, Using Social Media to Promote Your Home Based Business, and more.
The current economy is spawning a surge in small business start ups. Every 11 seconds someone starts a Home Based Business according to the Morning News, an Arkansas based on line newspaper. The Small Business Administration reports that 53% of all small businesses are Home Based Businesses.
This event is unique to this important part of our economy. The information and opportunities to participate as a visitor or vendor is an important step to success for established and new Home Based Businesses. This is a great event to get noticed as a Home Based Business too.
